Refund and Cancellation

If an order has not been submitted for data center provisioning, customers may contact an advisor to confirm cancellation options.

Servers, IPs, bandwidth and custom resources are usually non-refundable once provisioned or locked by upstream resources.

Custom IP, bandwidth, protection, disk or special configuration orders are usually not eligible for cancellation after confirmation.

Services suspended or terminated due to illegal activity, abuse or AUP violations are not refundable.
